The OSU Archives Photographic collection stores nearly 2 million images. In order to save time for both you and our staff, we need some basic information from you which will help us to narrow our search:

  • For all topics, please tell us:
    • Year or range of years, as specific as you know.
    • Which type of photo are you looking for (Activities, Athletics, Buildings, Departments, People or Scenic)? See our Online Photo Galleries for examples of each.
    • Why you need the images: The way you plan to use the photos often helps us to know what types of images to emphasize in our search.
  • There may be a service fee in fulfilling some requests. Please ask before you begin. Visit our Patron Information page for more information.
